Take an apron! Learn to make pasta from scratch.

Pasta is one of Italy's most beloved exports but did you know that it's surprisingly easy to make at home? This experience is dedicated to teaching you how to bring a bit of Italy into your own home; from making and rolling your own pasta to choosing the right shape for the right ragu, and why the best pasta dishes are often the most simple.

You'll start the evening with a prosecco and canapé reception on a rooftop terrace in central Rome, getting to know your fellow chefs (maximum 12 people per group). Then, with a local chef for a tutor, you'll make two separate types of pasta from scratch; one spaghetti with the famous tomato-based amatriciana and the other a deliciously light stuffed ravioli. As you work, your teacher will pass on those precious tips passed down through generations of Italian families, about getting the most flavor from your ingredients and making sure your pasta is always smooth and prefectly-cooked.

Once everything is ready, you'll pop a few more bottles of wine and sit down with the rest of the group to enjoy your dinner. Like any good Italian meal, you'll have all the time you want to eat and chat, then finish it up with a desert and digestif prepared by your teacher.

Amazing night! Chefs Denyse and Stephan are amazing fun and beautifully accommodating.

With Prosecco flowing all night, great food and sharing Limoncello with great new friends, you can't go wrong.

Our favourite evening of a short weekend break.

The food was excellent, the venue was superb and the hosts aboslutely made it. Great work and thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks!
