We did the Trastevere Pasta-making class while in Rome. The two chefs were personable and did a great job of explaining and teaching us how to make pasta. The small group we were in had people from Italy, Britain and the US. We learned to make Amatriciana from scratch and ate it as a group. It was a highlight of our trip!

Our instructor was amazing! She was very fun and obviously knowledgeable about the simple beauty of making fresh pasta. For a group of total amateurs, we made some amazingly good pasta and I believe it inspired everyone to make our own (at least occasionally) going forward.
The worst part is that my stomach wasn't big enough to actually eat it all.
The only real issue I had was with the website not working, so I had to speak with an agent and have them book everything for me.
10/10 would recommend though!

We thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making class, it was great fun and we loved getting to try the pasta we made. Both teachers were enthusiastic and engaging. We would encourage anyone visiting Rome to take part in the class.

Fantastic pasta making from beginning to end and did not disappoint. Tour guide was fabulous, kitchen and facilities were immaculate and very organised. Food, nibbles and wine were absolutely amazing. Pasta and sauces that we were taught how make were spot on would definitely recommend ! We were a group of 10 male and females ages 20 - 65

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
No. Unfortunately, due to site restrictions we cannot accommodate wheelchairs on this tour. Guests should be prepared for a moderate level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods and climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for travelers with certain health conditions or mobility limitations.
Will my tour run in the order that is described?

I use a wheelchair, can I still take the cooking class?
Unfortunately, the location where we hold the cooking class features various sets of stairs and we cannot accommodate wheelchair users in this space.
Does the cooking class accommodate guests with food allergies?
Our pasta-making classes can accomodate vegetarians and many other dietary requirements (although coeliacs may want to choose another activity) but you need to notify us in advance so we can specially prepare for your class. Please drop us an email at [email protected]
