A must do in Rome!!! I wish we did it our first night instead of our last. Such a knowledgeable chef and was so much fun learning to make pasta.

Fredericka and Stefan’s were absolutely awesome. The class was tremendous. My kids LOVED it and so did my wife and I. Everything from pick up to the meal was amazing. Would recommend to all!

My son and I attended the Pasta-Making Class: Cook, Dine & Drink Wine With A Local Chef and so thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our guides, Stefano and Manuela were nothing short of amazing. My son, who is legally blind, was just going to watch and listen (and partake in some wine :)), but they both took the time to help him with the pasta making and were so incredibly patient. If I could give this experience a 100 on a scale of 1-10, I would. Totally would recommend this tour/class to anyone wanting an authentic Italian experience while in Roma.
