Excellent
It was a lot of fun to learn how to make gnocchi and tiramisu. We got to taste our efforts and they were delicious - especially the gnocchi (light and fluffy - very close to my mom's recipe). A big thank you to our instructor (Fernanda) who was excellent and gave us some great tips to be successful on our own. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and the cost was well worth it. Cannot wait to try it at home!

What a fantastic way to experience Roman culture! Our professional chef Stefano was fantastic! He helped us step by step to prepare an amazing lunch complete with tiramisu for dessert. The meal was delicious and now we can recreate this memory at home whenever we want!
