This was a great tour of Pompeii and the Almalfi coast. As it was the low season we went to Sorrento instead of Positano and it was lovely. We had a small group which helped us to get to know each other. It is a long day due to the bus drive but worth it to see both places. The tour guides were outstanding! So knowledgeable. It made our vacation a great experience.

The Pompeii and Amalfi Coast tour was excellent. The drive (both directions), although long, was very pleasant with convenient stops for snacks and rest room facilities. The Pompeii tour and guide were very impressive and provided opportunities to gain an understanding of the life and times of the residents. The Amalfi Coast tour/drive was very well done with interesting commentary provided by the hostess Aileen. The free time at Sorrento was really nice. Overall, the tour was top-notch and highly recommended.

This was a wonderful tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. I found out that I knew a lot less than I thought that I did, and I enjoyed sharing this information with my friends back home.

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
Some of the Gaudí residences are not completely wheelchair accessible. Because of this, we regret that we cannot offer this tour to people who use wheelchair or have mobility limitations.
What if the weather is bad (rain, snow, hail, etc.) on the day of my tour?
Our tours run rain or shine so please dress for the elements. We also ask you to please remember hats and sunscreen if you are taking this tour in the summer as it might be very hot.
If I bring a swimming suit can I go for a dip in the sea?
Yes! Although be aware that there is not always a lifeguard on duty in the areas you might want to swim so you will be getting in the water at your own risk.
Can I use this tour as a transfer to Positano?
Unfortunately our transport vans do not have enough space to accommodate luggage so it's not possible to use this tour as a transfer to Positano from Rome. Moreover, on some occasions the tour stops in Positano before Pompeii and does not return to the town afterwards.
Is lunch included?
No. Your guide will give you a few great recommendations for lunch spots and give you plenty of time, but where and what you eat is up to you.
Is Pompeii accessible to people in wheelchairs?
The streets of Pompeii have never been repaved or smoothed over so much of the city is nearly impossible to navigate for those with mobility impairments. If you use a wheelchair there is a special route for you, so please contact our customer service department for details.
Can I bring a bag with me into Pompeii?
Small bags and purses are allowed inside Pompeii.
