Good
The drive to Positano took 5 hours(much longer than we were told). We only spent 1.5 hours exploring Pompeii seeing some highlights. We stood still for long periods listening to guide. Preferred to hear less and see more. Guide should walk and talk at same time instead of standing in one spot so long. Overall, tour was ok and I’m glad we went. Very long day - arrived back in Rome at 9:05 pm. Our Walks guide, Andy was wonderful.

No. Unfortunately, due to site restrictions we cannot accommodate wheelchairs on this tour. If you use a wheelchair and book this tour by accident, we are happy to offer you credit for a future tour that is wheelchair accessible anywhere in the world, or a full refund.
What if the weather is bad (rain, snow, hail, etc.) on the day of my tour?
Our tours run rain or shine so please dress for the elements. We also ask you to please remember hats and sunscreen if you are taking this tour in the summer as it might be very hot.
If I bring a swimming suit can I go for a dip in the sea?
Yes! Although be aware that there is not always a lifeguard on duty in the areas you might want to swim so you will be getting in the water at your own risk.
Can I use this tour as a transfer to Positano?
Unfortunately our transport vans do not have enough space to accommodate luggage so it's not possible to use this tour as a transfer to Positano from Rome. Moreover, on some occasions the tour stops in Positano before Pompeii and does not return to the town afterwards.
Is lunch included?
No. Your guide will give you a few great recommendations for lunch spots and give you plenty of time, but where and what you eat is up to you.
Is Pompeii accessible to people in wheelchairs?
The streets of Pompeii have never been repaved or smoothed over so much of the city is nearly impossible to navigate for those with mobility impairments. If you use a wheelchair there is a special route for you, so please contact our customer service department for details.
Can I bring a bag with me into Pompeii?
Small bags and purses are allowed inside Pompeii.
