My husband and I did the Trastevere at Sunset: Rome Food & Wine Tour with Silvia as our guide. Even though the tour was amazing Silvia was definitely the highlight. She is Roman through and through and made us feel like we were just hanging out in her neighborhood. She is surely passionate about food but also shared many other insights with our group. The group only ended up with 6 others which was just the right size. We all had an amazing time trying many traditional dishes and drinks with the highlight for me being the artichoke prepared Jewish style. I had read about it online and was thrilled it was on the menu. Silvia felt like an old friend by the end of the tour. I recommend this tour wholeheartedly! You won't be disappointed. Ps. Have a blast in the states Silvia! But really check out Mississippi before you go!!! Lol!
