I signed up for this tour having been in Rome for only 24 hrs. I wanted to be better prepared to order food and wine. Fernanda was immediately warm and made learning about the cuisine and vino extremely approachable. I could have listened to her for several more hours! She curated a great list of restaurants and bars and shared a ton of recommendations! Truly an experience for everyone and extremely grateful for the opportunity!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening in Trastevere, our guide was excellent and the food and drinks were all excellent. The tour gave us more of an understanding and appreciation of Rome, and was a highlight of our time spent there.

I’m so glad we did this tour. I was hesitant at first since we had never done a food tour before and we were already eating our way through the city, but I’m glad we didn’t skip it. Our guide, Fernanda, was fantastic. She explained so much of the culture around food and social cues. Plus, Fernanda had selected culturally significant places that really cater to the local community. It was a nice surprise that our guide is also studying to be a sommelier! This was a great experience all around, and I’d highly recommend.
