I had a wonderful experience on my Devour food tour of Seville with Maria R. As it happened, I was the only guest who showed up for what was meant to be a group tour, and Maria handled that beautifully. Speaking to one person is very different from guiding a full group, but she kept the tour lively, thoughtful, and engaging throughout. The route was very well chosen, with a great variety of venues that gave me a real sense of Seville beyond the obvious tourist stops. The food was consistently high quality, and the selections felt carefully considered rather than generic. Maria explained not just what we were eating, but how the places fit into daily life in the city. What really made the tour stand out was Maria herself. She was knowledgeable and clearly prepared, but never felt scripted. She was flexible, personable, and generous with insight into Seville from a resident’s perspective. I especially appreciated her discussion of local traditions, including Holy Week brotherhoods and processions, which added a deeper cultural layer to the experience. Our family of 3 generations went on the Seville Ultimate Food Tour with Mercedes as our guide. Mercedes was well organized and took our group to intimate local gems for delicious tapas that we would not have known about or been adventurous enough to try on our own. Mercedes is passionate and knowledgeable about her city's history and culture, with made the day interesting and fun. We enjoyed the companionship of the other couple in our group, everyone was friendly and happy to go on this walking tour through beautiful cobblestone side streets and alleys together.

We had a great experience on this tapas tour with Paula as our guide. Paula was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about local culture, and Spanish history. The food and drinks we tasted were a great selection and very authentic. Would highly recommend this trip with Paula as the tour guide.
