Great
We booked this tour through the JW Marriott Venice. Everything was great until it got to the useless 45 minutes talk during the so called wine tasting. The wine was salty and pretty bad and the wine guy spoke for an excruciating 45 minutes while the tour guide was MIA (nowhere to be found). However, the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. The visit to Murano was extremely short and when I provided feedback to her that 45 minutes for the wine tasting was a waste of time and that time instead should be allotted for Murano, her reply was that was the way the itinerary was. I would highly recommend a visit to both islands but SKIP the wine piece.

Excellent
Violet (Viola?) from our Dodge's Palace and Basilica evening tour was amazing! Her passion for sharing the history and interesting facts was evident. Easy to understand and the tour didn't feel rushed! Well worth it!

Excellent
This tour was the highlight of our Venice stay!!! Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed. Burano’s vibrant colors were breathtaking, Murano enlightened us with the art of glass blowing and the wine tasting was a great touch to the tour!!! Our guide was professional and set the tone for the organized tour. One thing- I usually get motion sickness, did not on the boat ride over but would recommend having some pills on hand if you are sensitive because the water is slightly rocky.

Great
Loved our guide! He was friendly and informative! The glass factory and lace shop were both great experiences however we were disappointed with only one tasting (3 oz) of wine at the vineyard since the tour promised two glasses of wine and snacks! We had zero snacks… It also felt slightly rushed. Only 15 minutes to browse the shops in Murano! But the transportation was great and the order of visits was great and the tour guide was great!
