Pamela was an excellent guide! She helped us learn so much about Venice and see so many locations (we especially enjoyed Doge's Palace). Pamela was very friendly, and her knowledge was extensive. We enjoyed her snack and food recommendations. We loved the gondola ride!
Our guide was warm and very informative. The tour was very ambitious especially in the afternoon when everyone was tired. We started 15 minutes late because of stragglers in the group so I would start on time.
The guide was excellent—very detailed, prompt, and able to answer questions. Unfortunately, it was very cold on the day of the tour. Nothing that could be done on your end about that, but I was expecting more walking and that would have helped a bit. I think the initial tour (the morning tour) should have covered more ground. We had a coffee break before the gondola ride, but I would have liked to have had that in the middle of the walking portion. I really enjoyed the afternoon portion of the tour (that one is 5 stars!). Again, Francesca did an awesome job explaining everything and I really enjoyed it.
Our guide was excellent. He provided great insight to the history and life of Venice with an extra touch of humor. He was very accommodating for pictures and allowed for time to soak in the tour.
We were a little late starting our tour - Nicoletta did not introduce herself immediately so we were a little confused. However, once we got going, she was a wealth of information. Gondola ride was great.
