Barcelona Tapas, Taverns & History Tour

Andrea was an incredibly knowledgeable guide and fun to spend an evening with. She definitely knew what she was doing and saying, and her English was impeccable. Definitely recommend!

We had Alex as a tour guide and just one other lovely couple in our group. We had a really lovely tour going into places we would probably normally walk by, ate delicious foods, drank great drinks and learnt a lot of really great things. We could have not asked for a more fun or tasty tour! Feliciano is an experienced and engaging guide who clearly enjoys his work! It’s a perfect way to get an introduction to Barcelona’s gothic quarter and Catalan favorites. I recommend without reservation!

I have chosen this Food / history walking tour in the Gothic Quarter & El Born area during my recent Barcelona trip because I like to know more about locals' food scene. The tour group was not a big one, there were only 8 of us, hence we could communicate more freely & the tour guard could answer our questions more. I like the tapas / wine that were arranged & chosen for us, the sat down tapas dinner was good for solo traveler too. I had a fun evening to get to know other travelers & tried out different food tasting during the 3 hours food tour. :)

Valentina was wonderful! She had a deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the history of Barcelona and it was unexpected and inspiring. Our whole group seemed to have a great time and there was plenty of opportunity to learn, get to know each other, and sample great food and drink. We could not recommend it with more enthusiasm and as a great introduction to a Barcelona visit.

Feliciano was fantastic. We were on the Barcelona Gothic Quarter Tapas & Taverns Food & Wine Tour. Feliciano was very knowledgeable of the area of Barcelona as well as the food and wine. The food was really delicious and the variety of different drinks was excellent. Feliciano historical knowledge of Barcelano was really excellent.

What a great way to immerse yourself into the history of old Barcelona. To experience it with delicious food, drink, and history enhanced our trip to Barcelona. Our guide, Andrea was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall the best guide to navigate us through the maze of the Gothic Quarter. I would recommend this tour to those that want to experience Barcelona through its food, drinks, history and energy!

Such an amazing experience with Andrea!! She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Barcelona and other regions in Spain. The bars we visited were all authentic established family owned businesses and the tapas and beverages were delicious. Highly recommend!!!
