We really enjoyed the tour with an excellent guide! The only suggestion would be it was too much food in a short period of time. Would love more of a taste than (for example) a small sandwich.

The Devour Food Tour in Bologna was amazing - primarily due to the knowledge and experience of the tour guide - Benedetta who was able to bring the food experience of Bologna alive! Not only was she an expert on the food culture and history of Bologna and Italy, but professionally managed all the logistics of getting the group in and out of amazing / unique eating spots while attending to the special needs of all the tour customers!

We had a fabulous food tour in Bologna, trying a variety of different foods (no one went hungry!) I was very well catered for as a vegetarian also. Our experience was made even better by our tour guide Bernadetta who gave in depth and interesting explanations of the food we were consuming. She also managed a situation on our tour when another guest unexpectedly became quite unwell with empathy, calmness and kindness. We would definitely recommend this tour (and Bernadetta) to anyone interested in digging a bit deeper into the food culture and history of Bologna.

As someone who has lived in Europe and has experience with multiple styles of food i felt the guide was somewhat condescending and did not enjoy her speaking to us as if we had no clue at all about italian food. Perhaps she should make the small effort to inquire about her guest prior knowledge,
