Great insight into Bologna's culinary history with friends. Ela was a terrific guide with a great sense of humour. So passionate about the city of Bologna, was very enjoyable walking the food market and Ela explained so much about the different foods, vegetables and Fregola! I look forward to doing another tour with her and would highly recommend anyone to join her group.

Ela was very kind and direct. We learned a lot of interesting things about the city's past. The tastings were delicious and plentiful, no one will leave hungry! It was definitely worth coming! We got a lot of tips from Ela and helpful answers to all our questions. If you are in Bologna, don't miss it!

Great entertaining tour! The Devour Bologna tour was wonderful! Ela charmingly told us the secrets of regional cuisine and time flew by. We had a lot of fun and were very fed up afterwards!

Fun and informative tour. Every delicious food has a story to tell and our guide, Benedetta, knew them all and knew how and when to share them with us. From the chocolate cake to the delightful Parmiggiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar, and the tagliatelle al ragu. Don't use the knife while enjoying them, it is a banishable offence.:)) The tour is well-planned, I did not feel rushed and could enjoy it in peace.

The knowledge and communicating skills of Filippo were excellent. The destinations chosen were excellent. The lunch was what we expected, and very tasty. We very often dine out at good restaurants, so maybe we expected more.
The biggest factor for us was Filippo and his knowledge of the local cheese, ham, and aceto balsamico. It was outstanding and, for us, what we were most impressed with. After all, this is what we were really paying for.
