Complete Tower of London Tour: Opening Ceremony, Early Access Crown Jewels & River Cruise

We had a fantastic time on our tour. We thought that being able to enter early and see the opening ceremony and see the Crown Jewels early was a huge perk but our tour guide was just as amazing. We traveled with our 6 year old and even he loved the stories and was engaged.

David was a knowledgeable and Showed us everything to see at Westminster Abbey. Was very glad there was a lift to get to the Diamond Jubilee.

The tour guide was a nice man but did not have the promised "green flag" and, as he was very short, he was difficult to find and follow! He walked fast too! He did not meet us outside the shop as we had been instructed so that was confusing. Not enough time is allowed inside the Jewel House beyond some quick looking - certainly not enough time to read half the info or watch half the snippets of video! This part of the tour was what most people wanted to see more of! However, getting into the Tower early was definitely a good idea, before the crowds!

Our tour was truly outstanding. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable with a pleasant personality. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in a detailed history regarding the Tower of London.

Tour guide was great and knowledgeable. I liked having listening devices so everyone didn’t have to crowd around to listen. Perhaps could have been a tiny bit shorter, but I liked everything we saw. And would have been great to enter the Crown Jewels before the crowds, though they weren’t bad at all and didn’t change my experience.

Very friendly guide with great information. Tour was as promised and we were the first to the Crown Jewels. Definitely worth the money!

Getting into the Tower to watch the Opening Ceremony is a real treat! The Yeoman Warder was hilarious, and we were able to watch the centuries-old procedure before the main gates were opened. This allowed us to then proceed to the Jewel House to see the Crown Jewels without the famous queues, and really see their beauty. Out guide Kim was hugely well informed and talked to us in an entertaining and friendly manner. We were able to ask questions, and he was always caring of our welfare. It was super to have the opportunity to explore the White Tower and other areas at our leisure at the end of the tour. A great morning!

The most valuable part of our tour was the guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and so passionate! This tour was so memorable because of her!

An excellent tour with Dominic of the Tower of London, he was engaging, extremely knowledgeable and the history of the site itself is truly fascinating. He answered questions really well and made the experience for our small group very special.
