This tour was great! We started out at the palace and skipped the long lines to get in. Our tour guide was one of the best I've ever had. He was very knowledgeable and kept up moving and engaged in everything we saw. We next went for churros and chocolate. This was great. We also had a choice of beverage and a water to go along with the churros and chocolate. Finally, we ended at the Prado. He took us all over the museum and made sure we saw the highlights of art showcased. He was polite and a great guide. I highly recommend taking this tour.

Skipping the line to Prado was a huge bonus. The tour guide Anna I highly recommend. She is an art expert and made it the best art tour I have ever had (and I’ve had several).

We took the Madrid in a Day with Royal Palace, Churros Tasting, and Prado Museum with David and it was fantastic. We've taken several tours with Walks -- we started with Italy Walks, then discovered Walks in other countries, so we took an AMAZING tour of the Louvre in Paris and were excited to see that there were options in Spain as well. This tour was a bit longer than others we've taken so we were a little worried, but David made the time fly by. He gave such wonderful descriptions of the palace and guided us through history with each step. Our walk through medieval and Renaissance era Madrid was fascinating. The churro stop was right on time as a pit stop snack. David told us the best place to get the famous Bocadillos de Calamares, tourist traps to avoid (as well as the must-do's), fun neighborhoods to visit, and his art knowledge and passion was evident as we walked through the Prado Museum. David was an exceptional guide. You can thank him, and the other exceptional Walks guides we've had. Your walks are great, but it's the guides that makes these truly memorable. Thank you, David!

Anna was a wonderful guide. She’s so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Her art history expertise really shined during our visit to the Prado and made it an unforgettable experience. I could have toured the museum with her all day! We had 4 kids with us, aged 8-12, and she kept them engaged. The churro stop between the palace and the museum helped too. I would highly recommend this tour. Don’t be intimidated by the length. The time will fly by.
