Jamie was very thorough and knowledgable. The palace was beautiful and the museum was also lovely. I would have liked some free time to browse some of the other paintings in the museum or stop at the cafe and gift shop.

Wonderful experience! Jaime was professional, knowledgeable, entertaining. He made all the history and art very interesting and fun to learn about. We could not enter the royal palace due to it being closed and he quickly pivoted to take us to a different museum that was great. I would highly recommend when coming to Madrid.

Highly recommended. Our guide Ernie was exceptional. Such great information about history, old town, restaurants etc. Be prepared to do a lot of walking, we covered a lot of ground. Can’t say enough about how enjoyable and informative this tour was.

Isabella was amazing, her English was spot on the depth and knowledge of the Royal Palace, the Prado Museum in center city was exceptional! She was patient and there was no question left unanswered!! If we could we would have her as our guide throughout Spain!!
