Our cooking class in Madrid with Andrea was great fun! We met other travelers from around the world, learned how to make classic Spanish dishes and their history, and ate the delicious results! We enjoyed the trip to the market and the beautiful space where we all participated in making our lunch. Highly recommend this as a great way to go deeper in your experience of this magical city!

Never taken a cooking class before. Just seemed average for the price we paid and the time spent. I should have read details closer I guess as I was under the impression we would be cooking our own individual meals not cooking as a group. Just watched vast majority of the time where I thought we would all be cooking with a chef giving guidance to us all.

From start to end, this tour is fantastic, our guide/chef and assistant were too much fun! We met our guide and he directed us to a mercado, then on to a beautiful kitchen for our cooking part of the tour. This was where he emerged in his chef attire and we each were given an apron for the class. Without giving away any surprises, we were entertained while we learned hands on, about true Spanish cooking. We were a group of 5, two Americans, one British and two Australians. Partnering up with someone from another country enhances the experience. I was only disappointed in the teensy slightest bit that, I couldn't purchase/keep my apron! A Fantastic time and great memories. It's been one week ago already. I'm still smiling as I happily share the experience. If I am permitted to say, Daniel, the guide/chef and Linda, assisting this event, they were flawless and genuine. As was the food.

The dishes we learnt to make on this tour are simple, but delicious and authentic. We picked up quite a few good tips from Andrea to make sure we can replicate this experience at home!

A big thank you to Arantxa, who made the experience unforgettable. She demonstrates a very high leve of knowledge when it comes to local customs and great food. After a quick visit to the market, in which she explains every ingredient within the Spanish cuisine, in a friendly environment with the merchant of the market, she took us to a fancy kitchen where we learnt how to cook the most traditional dishes, not of Madrid but all Spain. Ii even felt like a family cooking experience. Highly recommended, you won't regret.
