Excellent market tour and paella cooking class. The market tour was incredible, it was so clean. Our guide Daniel is a culinary school grad and been in the industry for a long time. Super personable and extremely knowledgeable. In the market he spent quite awhile discussing spanish foods. The paella was hands-on delicious and really fun. We made other iconic Spanish dishes as well. Crouqettes,patatas bravas,aioli and an anchovies and pickled chile tapas.
Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience visiting the market and cooking with Daniel. We cooked and enjoyed patatas bravas, croquettes and paella, which were all delicious. Highly recommended for an authentic and educational experience in Madrid.

I use a wheelchair, can I still take the cooking class?
Unfortunately, the location where we hold the cooking class features various sets of stairs and we cannot accommodate wheelchair users in this space.
