It was great to visit a different suburb of Naples to those you typically frequent as a tourist. Our favourite stops were the Enoteca (where Melissa kindly explained to us the difference between Enoteca, Osteria, Trattoria) and sipping on a drink with nibbles overlooking the bay. A well rounded offering of local delicacies, combined with Melissa's unique local insights as someone who returned home to Naples from America, makes for a delightful evening alternative to sipping on an aperatif in your hotel or local square bar.

Melissa was wonderful and answered all our questions. The locations visited were tiny local shops and not someplace I may have known to stop in if I was on my own. Because we were out during the “in between” time neither the streets or shops were crowded, which was nice to really be able to take things in. Loved that we ended near the waterfront at the prefect “golden hour” and she even gave us a few parting suggestions as our group split for the evening.

We had an excellent food tour in Naples! Our guide Melissa was on site waiting for us at the designated meeting area. She escorted us to several unique shops and food venues where we sampled delicious food and drinks. Melissa gave us the background of the foods we were sampling and the customs of the region. The food selection covered appetizers, cheeses, pasta, desserts, chocolates, beer and wine. I would strongly recommend this food tour.
