Complete Niagara Falls Tour: Boat Ride & Journey Behind the Falls

We had a great time! The boat tour was awesome, so close to the falls. They provide ponchos, our tour guide gave us a tip to tie the bottom so air doesn’t blow your poncho up. We highly suggest rain boots and a change of clothes for afterwards. <br /><br />Unfortunately it was a downpour & we picked the walking tour. In the chaos of the rain we lost our tour guide after the boat ride. BUT we caught up to them at the Journey Behind the Falls.

Our guide Kevin was exceptionally courteous and amiable. I appreciated his stories about Niagara Falls and daring explorers.

It was absolutely brilliant! Our guide John M was fab, he knew so much about Niagara stories and was so passionate. He really made the experience by going above and beyond. Highly recommend the whole trip!

Mucho caminar, (15,000 pasos, aparcamiento A y Tour) el proveedor fue Walks, no Viator. No nos dijeron que no buscáramos Viator. El operador turístico fue genial, Viator no nos ayudó a conectar con el tour. Tuvimos suerte. El tour se suponía que era de 21, solo 15 llegaron. Después de llegar, estábamos perdidos. Las direcciones de la reunión eran incorrectas en Viator. No hubo aviso sobre quién o dónde ir para encontrarse con el guía real. Un miembro del personal de las Cataratas del Niágara sugirió ir al césped frente a una 'sede de seguridad' cerca de la base de la Torre. Afortunadamente, la experiencia fue maravillosa. Hemos utilizado Viator a menudo durante años y lo haremos de nuevo, ¡pero necesitan mejorar las instrucciones para llegar al lugar!
