What a wonderful experience! Our guide had previously been an elementary school teacher so he made all the history fun, easily digestible, and very engaging! When you get on the boat, get drenched, experience the power of the falls fully, it was an INCREDIBLE experience! “Kiss the mist as they say!”

Went with My family while we were in Canada (First time outside the United States) . Sarah, Our guide was super friendly, and knowledgeable! The Tunnels under the falls were super cool. There were a few people in our tour group all of them families from the United States.

Booked a lovely tour this past weekend for my bf and I. Originally our tour was supposed to be done the day before but due to inclement weather it was postponed to the next day. Our tour guide Brayden was amazing! A true Canadian, really enthusiastic and super friendly! He gave us a brief history of the Niagara Falls as well as the daredevils! He was super helpful and definitely made the time go by fast! Would recommend Walks and have him as a tour guide.

It's off season, so no lines and no people. Our Guide was full of information, friendly and so helpful. Even stepped up as photographer so we were also in the photos. Great for individuals or groups.

I had Tim as a tour guide which added a big plus to my experience. He knows his stuff and is excited, answers questions and mix in a good amount of humor. Amazing experience. Clear instructions where to meet -> people with yellow jackets waited there. I went there on December 15th but it was awesome for the boat. No lines, no stress and a bunch of great photos etc. WOW! I would definitely book it again. The behind the falls experience was also great! U can bring a backpack (small/medium). Everything is okay walkable in winter but make sure u bring real shoes who are water proof and warm + waterproof pants because the poncho only covers so much. Ps.: someone left a negative comment that got me suspicious about them still running because they said “…it got canceled because of the ice without notice…” -> in my understanding now, that was once in a decade where they started later operating after winter break (spring) because the ice still came down the falls which meant they had to indeed cancel but just for your own safety. Because Ice is not controllable coming back up (hitting a boat worst case).

Winter was a great experience. Certainly cold, but the unique views of ice and ice cycles were impressive. Our tour guide was exceptional. Very knowledgable and informative.

First rate tour. Gord was really knowledgable, friendly and interesting. Great value for money. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Falls
