The tour was overall fine. The best part was being able to skip the lines. Our guide was not very knowledgeable and needed to keep referencing his binder. I think if Brian has studied a bit more he could have given a nicer flow to each stop. Knowing and seeing what I know and have seen now, I would have booked a boat tour on my own and done the power plant tour skipping the behind the falls tour.

We took the City Experiences Tour of Niagara Falls on the boat, walking tour, and behind the falls. Our tour guide Gord was so great. He connected with each of the tour participants, he was very funny, and extremely knowledgeable of the history of Niagara Falls and knew all kinds of fun facts. The 3.5 hour tour was the perfect length. I would highly recommend :)

We really enjoyed our Walks Tour of Niagara Falls. It was easy to access, and the tour guide was funny, informative, knowledgeable, and organized. She included the group in explaining historic events, with a comic hands on approach. She answered questions, kept the pace going, and had a difficult task of keeping the group together in a very crowded venue--and she did with grace and kindness. We had fun, learned a lot, and would definitely recommend this tour to our friends.
