It is a long walk in the tunnel from the elevator to the landing to see the falls, and it is an amazing view!!!! But it’s uphill all the way back to the elevators!!!

It was worth every cent! The guide, Kevin, was kind and considerate. He was knowledgeable! We enjoyed the history! We would repeat it! It was a unique view of the Falls which cannot be seen from any viewpoint other than the tunnel! Literally a cool experience!

there was just myself and husband for some reason the other people never turned up the guide did wait longer for them but chose to carry on..very personal tour guide was called Linda very good knew a lot of information really enjoyed this tour especially looking at the items people chose to go over the falls.

We loved this tour. We did the self guided, night tour with the light and sound show. This exibit is so well done and the attention to detail is incredible. The way they have preserved the old and blended it with the new is very well done. The elevator ride and walk out the tunnel is really not bad at all. There are some benches for resting although they probably need more and larger benches. We went at night and watched the fireworks from the observation deck. I highly recommend this tour

We had Lynn as our guide for Niagara Underground: Power Station & Tunnel Under Falls Tour. She was fabulous! The knowledge she has blew our minds. We learned so much about the area, the falls and the tunnel. We would give her 10 stars if we could!
