Morning at the Palace: Small Group Versailles Tour from Paris with Garden Show

I really enjoyed this tour. It was the perfect length, the guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating, and it was a great way to see the palace and gardens. Highly recommend!

This tour was a great overview of Versailles. As someone who had been to the palace before, it was interesting to tour the gardens in addition to just the most famous rooms. However, the expectation from the title of the tour was for the fountain show to involve water spewing from the fountains, not just music playing. I would make that more explicit in the tour title and description.

My wife and I went on the half day tour to see the Palace of Versailles. It was a great way to experience the palace in a short period of time, and our tour guide Hugo was amazing. The bus was comfortable, and we were in a small group that included 4 other people. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for the condensed version of a full day tour!

The guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice to have bus transportation to Versailles instead of having to work out the train by ourselves. The gardens were particularly peaceful and beautiful and our guide was excited to tell us the background of the sculptures and fountains. Inside the chateau was also worth seeing. This area is much more heavily populated so there were some uncomfortable moments squeezing through the crowd, but that is the nature of the venue rather than a reflection on the tour (just worth bearing in mind). If anything, we felt at some times a little rushed moving from one thing to another, but that is the nature of a half-day tour. The trade off is being back in Paris by lunch to explore something else.
