Nazli, our guide was fantastic! At a very crowded Versailles, she always made sure our group got the best viewing area in each room. The information was informative and interesting (it held the attention of my teenage sons) plus she gave us helpful tips to extend our stay at Versailles. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Booking a “skip the line” tour of Versailles does not go as advertised. There’s only one security checker with hundreds of groups trying to get through. Very poorly designed. And our tickets to the Marie Antoinette train were not honored either. Bogus!

Our guide Claire was a super guide. She made the tour interesting and fun. While it can be quite crowded inside, the time spent in the gardens is lovely. I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide spoke poor English and wasn’t understandable most of the time. It also seemed like she wasn’t well versed in the Versailles Palace and only gave vague remarks when a question was asked. There were several places where she didn’t talk at all. For example she said sailings when talking about the ceilings. You should send someone on her tour to see what I mean. Also both she and her support did not do a good job keeping the group together. They walked so fast over the cobblestone areas that the people falling behind had to speak loudly to get her attention.
