Rome Pizza Making Class in Trastevere

The class was fun and had a very welcoming host with a great personality. The dough needs to rest for 24 hours before stretching and rolling it out, but it was still a fun, engaging class where we got to practice stretching and rolling out the dough. The work-station easily had room for 10 people, so it's easy to book as a group or smaller.<br /><br />Highly recommend this and the Devour Pasta-making class in Rome as well!

Giulia was amazing, she is attentive, patient and taught everyone with a lot of fun, making the moment even lighter and more relaxed.

The place itself was very well set up, clean and well maintained. The ambience was lovely. Our host was absolutely amazing and really did make the time the best possible. Also the pizza was delicious. Would recommend to anyone.

Our guide was really friendly and told us a lot of fun facts about the history of the pizza in Italy and how it’s made differently in different areas and why. I thought we were making the dough but it was explained that the dough must be proved for at least 20 hours beforehand, so we did the rolling and stretching of pre-made dough, followed by adding our own toppings! It was such a cool experience. The only thing was that we did not get optional unlimited drinks of beer or wine as stated in the description. We made one aperol spritz each and had one bottle of red wine at the table whilst eating our pizzas between 6 of us. However, there was unlimited water and juice. Overall I loved this experience and would do it again, maybe pasta next time!
