Our guide was really friendly and told us a lot of fun facts about the history of the pizza in Italy and how it’s made differently in different areas and why. I thought we were making the dough but it was explained that the dough must be proved for at least 20 hours beforehand, so we did the rolling and stretching of pre-made dough, followed by adding our own toppings! It was such a cool experience. The only thing was that we did not get optional unlimited drinks of beer or wine as stated in the description. We made one aperol spritz each and had one bottle of red wine at the table whilst eating our pizzas between 6 of us. However, there was unlimited water and juice. Overall I loved this experience and would do it again, maybe pasta next time!

This was the highlight of our Rome Trip. It was fun, well organized. Our guide Gianmaria. was perfect. He made it fun, informative, and delicious. The commercial kitchen was perfectly setup for learning, cooking, drinking, and eating. We learned how to make Spritz's and roman pizza. The end product was delicious. Just a very fun evening with everyone, including all of our new friends. If you have the opportunity to do this experience, it is top notch.

I think what made this class perfect was the simple joy with which the chefs integrated you into the class. I was a solo traveller and a chef partnered with me so that I didn't feel out of place. It was such a wonderful experience and eating communally with the rest of the class after we made our pizzas was great.
