Highly recommend this class to anyone, regardless of their experience making handmade pasta. We thoroughly enjoyed learning and eating our creation after was even better!

We had the best pasta making experience! Jamila and Luca were fabulous! They met us in the square on time. They were very friendly, always calling us by our names. The wine kept flowing and the pasta was delicious! We had so much fun!

This was a great class and we loved the experience. Everyone should learn to make pasta in Rome! Excellent instruction and we are our creation!

This was such a fun experience for us! We booked this for our honeymoon and we had a great time! The chefs explain everything really well and at the end we got to eat what we prepared and everything was beyond delicious! They also give you great restaurant recommendations for the rest of your trip which was amazing, thanks to this we had the best dinner of our whole trip!

Had a lot of fun learning to make pasta! Only thing I would recommend is to have a bread recipe in the list of recipes they send home with you.

Our instructor Asia was incredible and did a great job of explaining everything in an accessible way. I really liked the final product (we made ricotta spinach raviolis and fettuccine puttancesca) and this was definitely one of our favourite days in Rome.
