So we actually did the PASTA-making class, so the review is for that class. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. We were met by a representative at the specified time and location. This sounds like a small point, but this was not the case for all of our tours. The class was informative, educational, and fun. I should note that we also created past sauce from scratch and also made gelato for dessert. At the end of the "tour," we gathered around a large table and broke bread together. Our instructors, Luca and Elsa were great chefs and took great effort to get to know all of us throughout the evening. I would like to point out that we consume the food that we actually made. Apparently, some classes don't do that so I thought that it is imporatnt to point that out - for better or worse.

We did this class with Asia. From the very start until the end she was very friendly and easygoing.<br />The experience itself is great. We started with a choice of aperol spritz or prosecco and of course she taught us how to make the aperol spritz. After we made the tiramisù and then of course the pizzas. The dough is already prepared since it needs to rest at least 12h. We had several ingredients to choose from to make our pizzas. <br />At the end of course the best part: eating the pizzas, with some red wine and our sweet tiramisù. <br />Would totally recommend this experience for pizza lovers! <br />And once again, Asia was great and even gave us some more tips about Trastevere and where to go.

The class was fun and had a very welcoming host with a great personality. The dough needs to rest for 24 hours before stretching and rolling it out, but it was still a fun, engaging class where we got to practice stretching and rolling out the dough. The work-station easily had room for 10 people, so it's easy to book as a group or smaller.<br /><br />Highly recommend this and the Devour Pasta-making class in Rome as well!

The place itself was very well set up, clean and well maintained. The ambience was lovely. Our host was absolutely amazing and really did make the time the best possible. Also the pizza was delicious. Would recommend to anyone.

Our guide was really friendly and told us a lot of fun facts about the history of the pizza in Italy and how it’s made differently in different areas and why. I thought we were making the dough but it was explained that the dough must be proved for at least 20 hours beforehand, so we did the rolling and stretching of pre-made dough, followed by adding our own toppings! It was such a cool experience. The only thing was that we did not get optional unlimited drinks of beer or wine as stated in the description. We made one aperol spritz each and had one bottle of red wine at the table whilst eating our pizzas between 6 of us. However, there was unlimited water and juice. Overall I loved this experience and would do it again, maybe pasta next time!
