Frank and Annie teamed up for this tour. Frank's passion and experience as a tour guide made this one of the best walking tours ever. My husband and I each got verklempt throughout the tour as we listened to the stories of Harvey Milk, the AIDS epidemic, the discrimination, and the rise of understanding and acceptance for the LGBT+ community. Annie is a new guide and will be wonderful as she grows more comfortable with the stories and as she becomes more conversational with telling them (meaning at times I felt she was trying hard to recall facts which made for more of a speech vs story walk!). All good, though!

Katie was very engaging and fun to listen to. She was ready to answer any additional questions we had and engage in conversations in between the stops. It was a great way to experience the neighborhood. You could tell she loves the city and she's excited to share that love.

A fantastic afternoon spent with Frank Marx on a most informative walk around the Castro.A true immersion into a local neighborhood with a passionate and personable guide.
