Great tour with Sharlene! We saw so many sites and learned so much about the city and history of the sites. I would highly recommend this tour!

The perfect way to kick off a few days in San Francisco. Maggie was an amazing tour guide, you can tell from the way she speaks that she loves the city and is passionate about sharing it’s story and history. 4 other guests didn’t arrive, so I was lucky enough to have a one on one tour with Maggie and she made it really enjoyable. Covered a huge range of sights and she was an encyclopaedia of knowledge. The way the tour is laid out makes for a comfortable stroll through the city utilising public transport to get to the destinations higher up. Can’t think of a better way to start a holiday in SanFran as the tour and the history she lays out serves well for other attractions afterwards. Highly recommend.

One thing we could suggest is to let people know how much walking is involved. It was a good balance for us yesterday. We did 14.000 steps in total walking yet covered 26 miles as travelled on buses and cable car. I tried looking for this information prior to yesterday and didn’t see it.

Maggie was wonderful. Had surprises for us (like fortune cookies, and a cute coin toss into a fountain), and was VERY flexible (lunch took longer than expected and she easily adjusted the afternoon to allow us to see what was most important to the group and get us to our boat on time). Knowledgeable, encouraging of the group to interact which made it more enjoyable, and good at conversation.

Maggie was FANTASTIC! We had one full day to get the most out of San Francisco and she nailed it. With as much as we saw, this tour could easily have become exhausting and not much fun, but she built in short bus rides and breaks at the perfect times that allowed us to catch our breath. I would rate Walks-San Francisco a Must Do. And ask for Maggie. ;)

Make sure you have a plan to get from where you ended back to original location of where you started.

This was my first time in San Francisco. Our tour guide Maggie, was awesome and did a great job talking to us about the city. There are many great things to see and do throughout the city. Thanks Maggie for making our day special.

define a more attractive objects beyond “history”

Our Tour Guide, Maggie, was the best. She was not only pleasant, friendly, but extremely helpful in meeting the needs of her group.
