Enjoyed the tour guide and his experience. Wish tour had seen more of the changing of the guard process/ experience/behind the scenes. With the Abbey’s opening time it seems difficult to combine these experiences adequately

Our guide Jane was wonderful! So thoughtful and knowledgeable. She kept everyone engaged and the tour moving so we could see as much as possible. The Changing of the Guards is chaotic, but she took us to several different places to view it and we got to see much of it. Great experience!

Our tour guide, Oliver, was exceptional! He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. While some tour viewing sites had to be changed due to road closures in advance of the London Marathon, he made every effort to get us in position to see what we could. No complaints here!

Company advertised walk as an opportunity for good position for changing of the guards. Marathon road closures changed access and guide was not prepared (other companies cancelled their tours but Walks assured us they had a plan, but they did not). As a result we missed the primary focus of the tour

Marc was a phenomenal guide, knowledgeable, engaging, and funny! He made sure to engage the kids on our tour (ages 7-12) throughout which we and they very much appreciated. He went out of his way to find us the best changing of the guard experiences and was flexible to the needs and wishes of the group!

Our guide was terrific.
The only issue I had was when the Mounted police officer came forward and stopped right in front of me
when we were about to witness the changing of the guard. I couldn't see any part until the very end
when the Officer moved further up the line.
