Our guide, Abraham, was very good. He guided us through heavy crowds at the Prado with very informative analysis. When we began walking thru Madrid, he went back to find a participant who got tired and left w/o telling him. He arranged for her to meet us at the next museum. A very worthwhile tour.

Shaun was our guide and he was the BEST! So knowledgeable- so fun to listen to. He was aware that there were many older folks in his tour and very understanding of our limitations. I would give him 10 stars.

Alfonso was an amazing tour guide. The tour hit some major sights in Madrid over four hours and Alfonso's energy and enthusiasm never waned. We had two school aged children with us and he was excellent at keeping them involved in the tour. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is investing in better radio equipment or perhaps just procedures for the listening devices. We frequently lost audio in the Prado and on the city walk.

The 4+ hours with Luis our walking tour guide were amazing. We visited the Museo del Prado and then walked to the Real Palais… beautiful weather in Madrid in April.

Alfonso was excellent. Knowledgeable and comprehensive. He talked through the entire walk from the Prado to the Royal Palace but his great personality could not diminish this long and demanding walk.
