Early entrance to the Prada is worth EVERY penny!!! Bite the bullet and do it! Best money spent. We were able to enjoy the art without any crowds. Irene’s explanations of the different pieces was incredible! I learned so much!!! I am not art educated and she helped me to see the masterpieces in a whole new light. INCREDIBLE! Do this tour! We included it with a skip the line tour of the palace. Again Irene’s narration enhanced the experience. My only complaint is the tour description includes a historic city center tour and we received very little narration or historical information of the sights we saw between the Prada and the Palace. Basically she just guided us from the Prada to the palace with a coffee stop halfway. I wanted the full city tour as well.

The tour exceeded my expectations. Our Guide Isabel was brilliant- kept a relaxed pace while ensuring we got to see the highlights. She was informative knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommended

Fantastic tour! 4 hours long so pushing the length of time I would usually go on a tour but it was well worth it. Lola was fantastic. We lucked out and had a small group of six people. We started out at the Prado museum and skipped the line. Lola gave us a personalized tour of several highlights of the museum with historical and art history explanations... We then walk the streets and went to Plaza Mayor... Lots of history as well as suggestions insights and recommendations from Lola. She was happy to answer any questions that we had regarding things on the tour or recommendations etc We then moved on to the Royal Palace and had another personalized tour through the rooms. Lola kept the group on task and kept things moving. Made sure people were comfortable with bathroom breaks and water, etc. What I loved the most was Lola's enthusiasm for her city and her country as well as her extensive knowledge in history as well as art. Highly recommend this tour!

Unfortunately there was an official event the day of so we didn’t get to go inside. What I appreciate is the tour company provided an alternative so we didn’t waste our day. It was a beautiful museum experience.

Fantastic experience and full of information. The tour guide (I believe her name was Isabel) did a great job. She was highly knowledgeable and a Madrid local. Just be ready to walk a lot. Overall I had a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this tour.

This tour was perfect timewise and wasn’t very long, but gave you a chance to see exactly what you needed to see the city is absolutely gorgeous our tour guide. Maria was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will strongly recommend this to people visiting.
