Excellent
When I started exploring things to do in Madrid, I found a walking tour for Tapas and Flamenco that seemed liked great entertainment. The tour included a few stops for tapas and drinks, a walk through a Flamenco themed shop, and a Flamenco show. What I hadn’t counted on was how in-depth our fabulous guide Arantxa would be at detailing the history and intimate details about the Flamenco dance. What started out as an evening of planned entertainment turned into an experience to remember. The tapas were delicious, the drinks … including a Spanish Vermouth … were just right, and the Flamenco show was emotional and intense. One member of our group told me after the show she would have never planned a Flamenco Show for herself, but was so glad to have been a part of the experience. If you have the opportunity to travel to Madrid, check out Devour Tours for the best opportunity of things to do.

Excellent
Isabela our guide was excellent. I learned a lot on the tour that helped my better appreciate our wonderful Flamenco experience. I tried food and drink I never would have discovered on my own. The perfect introduction to Madrid!

Great
My wife and I had a wonderful time with guide Flo on our tapas and flamenco tour. Flo was so much fun, very energetic, very knowledgeable, spoke idiomatic English like an American although she is originally from Southern Italy. She provided our small group with an extensive background on the art of flamenco and how it fits into the Spanish cultural tradition. Her enthusiasm and energy were contagious. Everyone in our group had a wonderful evening.

Great
As I said in another bit of the questionnaire the food and wine bit was rather rushed, but visiting the shop selling all the shoes and clothes and feeling the weight of the frills on the frock and then watching the dancer flick her skirt with all the frills round to where she could still move made us realise how strong she had to be to do that, and how heavy the train was. Well done for thinking about adding that to the tour. Isabel was great.

Excellent
Isabel was a fantastic tour guide and her energy, enthusiasm and knowledge made the tour very enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour as you get to visit some authentic Spanish restaurants and have front row seats to the Flamenco show. The show itself was magnificent. Isabel prepares you for the show by giving you some background info on Flamenco and it makes you appreciate the show and the work of the artists even more. Be sure to book this tour if you are in Madrid.
