Paella and Tapas: Madrid Cooking Class with Market Visit

Chef Daniel was incredible! He created a welcoming space for all of us to enjoy creating and sharing a wonderful meal. From the walk through the market to the preparation of the meal, and finally the tasting - this was a highlight of our trip. Danny’s pacing was impeccable and his enthusiasm was contagious.

Dani was very passionate and provided great insight into Spain's culture from a gastronomic perspective. The food was wonderful and I cannot wait to cook these recipes back at home to share with my friends and family!

My husband and I received this experience as a gift for our wedding, and we absolutely loved it! The chef Dani did such an amazing job at engaging with us and the other guests. He did great at sharing the history of the city of Madrid and embedding his own history as to why he is a chef and loves doing this work. It was a good size, about 7 people in total for our class. It was good to have 1:1 experience while being more involved if you like to be more hands on! Thank you guys so much for this opportunity!

Arantxa's cooking class was exceptional with so much useful information about ingredients and tips for making tapas and paella. Very relaxed and we were all able to participate by helping with the steps. Delicious results. We had a wonderful cooking class with Dani! We made paella and croquettes, while having some other snacks along the way. Some of our party had dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Arantxa was wonderful, knowledgeable and a little fiesty but that’s what made this class so much fun. I left stuffed and happy. Can’t wait to try this recipe at home.

A walk around the market, then we cooked tapas and paella in a great kitchen. Dani was fun and a great cook telling us about the food and Spanish history. Well worth it, dont eat before you go.
