We absolutely loved our tour! Rene was so insightful and he really made the tour amazing for us. We were the only two people on the tour and he made sure to make it a very enjoyable and entertaining trip

Rene was a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide. He had an answer for every question we had about the city and he provided us with a lot of ideas on how to best spend our vacation in New Orleans.

My husband and I went on a tour with Davis, who was absolutely fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and always learning and sharing fantastic content. He made us feel right at home with him in the Garden District, and the tour felt very much like hanging out with an old friend and hearing fascinating stories about an amazing location. Everyone we met during the tour was awesome, and it was a very LGBTQIAP+ friendly experience! I highly recommend the tour and Davis, and can't wait to continue my Walks adventures in multiple states and countries. :)

What a fun tour! Enjoyed our time in the arts and garden district, riding the streetcar and learning about the history of New Orleans. A must see for all who visit New Orleans. The perfect sized tour that has a great ending with an intimate tour of Elms Mansion and sweet tea under the Oak Tree! Thank you, Timothy, for opening us up to your city.

We were fortunate to have a private tour, which was a bonus. We understand that New Orleans and our guide Destiny are new to this tour and our following comments are in that context, since we have had substantial experience with "Walks" in Europe over the past two years. We were excited to try out a US Walks tour. Our NOLA guide was pleasant, kept us on schedule, provided info and answered questions when asked. What we didn't get was a passion for NOLA that we may have expected from a NOLA native, based on our experiences with passionate and enthusiastic European guides. Take Walks tours will evolve over time in NOLA.
