What a delightful afternoon of cooking with Ilia. She is an engaging and warm hostess, and made me feel "at home" in her kitchen. I'm so excited to attempt to prepare the the lovely Greek dishes she demonstrated for us.

Thank you so much for this wonderful class. I really enjoyed connecting with other cooks in their homes, and being transported to Ilia's delicious kitchen in Athens. She and our Take Walks host Rachel were both very friendly and easy-going, which made the experience very comfortable. I'm sure they are already on top of this, but we did have some confusion with ingredient amounts at first, mostly problems with metric conversions, but everything still came out very tasty. The souvlaki was my favorite dish! My only other request would be getting more specific amounts of salt in the baking dishes like the pita bread if someone is using kosher salt versus table salt since they're so different. Thanks again for a great experience! I will definitely be back.
