Excellent
We had a great time on our tour even with the rain. Our guide, Jean Paul did an excellent job showing us around, giving us tips, and sharing the history of the region. Would definitely tour with him again!

Good
Mauro, our tour guide, was fantastic. He took that time to talk to everyone in our group. Unfortunately, the windy weather didn’t allow us to take the ferry from Amalfi to Positano. So we spent the entire time at Amalfi. Mauro worked hard to try and fix this but weather is out of his control. The lemon farm tour was a 1 of a kind experience. We loved it. At the end, at the ferry station, it seemed that the tour group was trying to make up the loss of Positano, by buying us a drink. We are not drinkers so this just didn’t appeal to us. But we sat and waited.

Excellent
This tour was fantastic. John Paul and Eileen were both patient, enthusiastic and kind and went above and beyond. The tour was well organized and we saw a great sample of the amalfi coast in a short time. We got lucky with the weather!

Excellent
Maddalena was excellent, her knowledge of the area was great! She kept us moving and made sure we got to see all the stops in a timely manor. She is funny and really cared about our group keeping everyone engaged with the tour. I will give her 10 stars all across the board. We had a problem getting to the event on the original day scheduled. I called the number for guest services, they had me rebooked for another day in less than 5 minutes! I cannot say enough about the experience that we had with you all!! If we ever get the chance to book another trip, we would like to have Maddalena as our tour guide, She is AMAZING!!!! William Smith

We enjoyed our tour with Walks. Very professional and knowledgeable guide, John Paul. We had time to explore on our own as well.

FAQs

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?
No. Unfortunately, due to site restrictions we cannot accommodate wheelchairs on this tour. If you use a wheelchair and book this tour by accident, we are happy to offer you credit for a future tour that is wheelchair accessible anywhere in the world, or a full refund.
What if the weather is bad (rain, snow, hail, etc.) on the day of my tour?
Our tours run rain or shine so please dress for the elements. We also ask you to please remember hats and sunscreen if you are taking this tour in the summer as it might be very hot.
What if the sea is very rough on the day of the tour?
If sea conditions don't permit comfortable boating, you will move between towns in a private, air-conditioned transport car/van.
If I bring a swimming suit can I go for a dip in the sea?
Yes! Although be aware that there is not always a lifeguard on duty in the areas you might want to swim so you will be getting in the water at your own risk.
How difficult is it to reach the lemon grove for the limoncello tasting?
There are aproximately 180-200 steps to climb in order to reach the lemon farm (you can opt for free time in Amalfi town instead). If weather conditions don't permit the visit, we will do a limoncello tasting in Amalfi Town instead.
Is lunch included?
No. Your guide will give you a few great recommendations for lunch spots and give you plenty of time, but where and what you eat is up to you.
Is it free to swim on this trip?
Yes! The beach is public but the changing facilities cost 50 cents to use.
