Overall, an excellent experience. Transportation to and from activities was timely and nice. The guide over the entire day was friendly and helpful. The guide at Pompeii was informative and professional.

Clear instructions and communication , before and during the trip. Informative talks throughout the journey. Safety conscious during walks away from the bus with extra photo op stops. The driver was cautious and we felt safe at all times while in bus. The bus was new and very clean. It had spaces for overhead bag storage and seat belts. Overall a very pleasant experience. Wonderful experience. Our guide Cosimo was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He told us a lot about the culture, history and the cuisine of the Sorrento region. The professional guide Brunella in Pompei was also very good. The tour was organized well with well-spaced restroom breaks. We loved it that we had recommendations for restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing during our free time. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved today! Chiara was a breath of fresh air! She was cheerful the entire trip even when our itinerary plans had to change. Her knowledge of various points along the way was incredible and fascinating! Francesca, our driver also did an amazing job, showing flexibility when traffic conditions changed. Chiara recommended a nice restaurant in Sorrento and we went to after my wife dipped her toes in the ocean. As for Pompeii, this was beyond what I expected.
