Our guide entertained us with lots of interesting stories about Pintxos, and various Basque drinks, while also broadening our understanding of Basque history and culture. We also learned a lot about San Sebastián while eating delicious food. Our guide, a teacher by profession whose name is unfortunately stuck on the tip of my tongue was attentive to the fact that I don’t eat meat, always finding a delectable fish or seafood substitute. For my wife and I, it was a fun social outing with our guide and the five other guests.

Lilly H. was amazing! She was personable, kind, and engaging. She made me feel very welcomed and she was very knowledgeable about the city and its history. The tour was excellent, and she took us to places the locals frequent which made the experience feel very authentic. I would absolutely recommend a tour with her!

It was a really varied tour and well organised. I think better in the new town as slightly easier to get in the bars with a large group. Also where possible we did have reserved areas which was good. There was absolutely loads of food and some real treasures that we wouldn’t have found by ourselves! Really friendly guide and group

A great little tour away from the tourist bustle of the Old Town. The Pintxos we had were some of the best we have had during our trip to Bilbao and San Sebastian. Ylenia was a superb, engaging and entertaining guide, and took us to a varied selection of places, with various types of pintxos and a very interesting selection of drinks. The little group of 8 were a diverse, friendly group and we all seemed to get on, which all made for a very enjoyable evening. Definitely recommend this trip.

Het was leuk om dit met een groep te doen. We hadden 2 gidsen en beiden spraken goed Engels en waren goed gedocumenteerd met een draaiboek en brachten ons naar typische originele pinxtosbars. Het was leuk om te weten waar bvb de eerste Gilda Pintxos uitgevonden werd en kregen in elke bar allerlei andere Pintxos met ook verschillende lokale drankjes. Ik heb echt genoten van al dat lekkers met die lokale drankjes en voelde me helemaal ondergedompeld in de San Sebastian culture. Voor herhaling vatbaar ������
