We’ve done 3 food tours on a trip through Spain and this was the stand-out. Gorko, our Basque host, was energetic and enthusiastic who put together a carefully curated tour explaining the history of the exception pintxos and local drink, as well as the heritage of the region. Thank you Gorko.

Excellent guide. Lots of information and plenty of chances to try delicious food. We didn’t have to walk far on this tour.

our guide, Christina, was a local with family that celebrated with classic basque dishes. she shared local history, family stories and a fantastic cheesecake recipe. our pintxos tour gave a great base of knowledge about where to go, how to order and what places we might like to try next. The food was amazing!

We had been in San Sabastion foe a few days and thought we had visited most of the bars in the old town. during the tour we were shown seven bars that we had not visited, two of which became our go to bars for lunch. Great tour, great Pintxos and a great guide.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Wine and Pintxos Tour today. We learned some really interesting facts and the food and drinks were excellent. Our guide was friendly, informative and took us to the best places. An expensive day out, but great value.
