Excellent

We loved this cooking class! Both our guide and chef were a joy to be with. We were able to participate as much or as little as we wanted and the food we made with the help of the chef was fantastic. While preparing the food it didn’t seem like a lot, but we were totally stuffed by the end of the class. If you enjoy cooking you will enjoy this class, stop thinking about it and just book it!

Delicious, fun, educational, and delightful! Gabby our guide was so friendly and made us feel welcome. Natalia our chef was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly too. Each dish tasted fantastic! To be able to cook together was enjoyable and I learned a lot. We made a 5 course meal and ate together while we also enjoyed the wine pairing. We met such nice people and it was a great way to learn about basque cuisine and tradition. I highly recommend! 5 stars

A very informative and entertaining cooking class. Hector and Natalia were excellent. Their interactions and explanations made for a great night. The plentiful food and drinks were delicious. Highlights were the Beef stuffed Piquillo Peppers and the Basque Cheesecake. You won't come away hungry. Would highly recommend.

Super fun and now we’ve tried several of these dishes out and about. Still think our versions made during the cooking class were the tastiest though. Thank you Mila and chef for teaching us. Such a fun group too!

It was a really fun experience. Gorka gave us a detailed description of everything and with little tidbits of local and at times historical information that were quite insightful and also entertaining. Jose Mari, was also like Gorka, very warm ,friendly and entertaining and I learnt a lot.

The cooking class was amazing, and Alberto taught us so much about Basque cooking. All of the dishes and wines that we tried were delicious. He also had a QR code we could use to access the recipes to try at home. I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to get an authentic San Sebastián culinary experience.

This tour is adaptable for those who don't drink alcohol, don't eat pork, or are gluten free (not celiacs). If you have another dietary requirement or food allergy, please contact us at [email protected] for a private cooking class.

I use a wheelchair, can I do the cooking class?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee accommodations for wheelchairs. The kitchen has limited space and includes high tables with stools.

Can my child attend this cooking class?

Unfortunately, due to the prevalence of sharp knives, hot stoves, and high surfaces, this experience is not suitable for children under 12. Families with teenagers are welcome to join.
