We thoroughly enjoyed this Authentic Basque Cooking Class in San Sebastián! It was so much fun to receive the hands on experience in preparing our own delicious Basque favorites with the guidance of chefs in a real professional chefs kitchen. We made our own Tortilla and mastered the "flipping" technique. We enjoyed Cod as well as a beautiful T-bone steak. We also made Burnt Cheesecake and enjoyed it with a nice dessert wine. The food was paired with amazing wines and we learned the technique of pouring the traditional Basque cider. Be prepared to walk out with a full belly and being confident in knowing how to prepare these basque favorites at home. We highly recommend this cooking class to anybody and everybody!
