Madrid Tapas, Taverns & History Tour

Our food tour was absolutely amazing. Eleanor was our guide and not only was she knowledgeable about our tour, her passion for Spanish cuisine was palpable. I am incredibly happy that we had this experience and would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys traveling, history and cuisine.

Well what a night we all had. Our guide David B was amazing, funny, very imformative and was an American who lived in Madrid so he spoke very good English. I had originally booked on the Tapas & Flamneco Show tourr, but it was canclled and we were offered this tour instead. I will be honest, I was disappointed we werent doing a Flamenco Show, but i need not have worried, this tour was awesome. There were 6 other people on this tour with us and they were all Americans, so it was nice for us 2 Aussies to chat away the night with this grop. We loved everything about this tour. The 4 family run tapas bars and the drinks we were served were great. The walk around Madrid with David pointing out and explaining the history wad great. This was actually a tour for my birthday that day, and i would not have wanted to celebrate it any other way. Thus was also my very first time booking a Devour Tour and it wont be my last. Thank you David B for an amazing tour for my birthday. I can highly recommend thus Tapas, Tavern and History Small group tour in Madrid. Great memories

Eleanor was great! Very Knowledgeable about food in Madrid, where the locals go, and lots of historical facts about kings and artists! I would recommend doing this tour early in the Madrid stay so you can take advantage of the tips on great places to eat!
