It was a wonderful tour--we loved the tour guide, who was knowledgable and lively. It gave us a terrific overview of the city on our first night there, and was very helpful info for the rest of our trip!

Angelo was a wonderful guide, very knowledgable and a great story teller. We have been on a number of walking tours over the years, and this one rates as high as any we have ever been on. Excellent.

Very informative guide was very knowledgable and a good presenter

Delightful evening. Vanessa was enthusiastic, personable and knowledgeable. It was neat that the walk ended across the Ponte Vecchio and into a new neighborhood.

We did enjoy this tour, and Angelo was very interesting and entertaining.

Bernardo gave us an excellent tour. Even though other participants no showed, he carried on and was most informative, introducing us to Florence. We would definitely do an another tour with him.

Booking online was easy and I promptly received an email confirmation, which contained the ticket. There was also a handy map to help us work out where to meet. We were well met just about on time at the appointed meeting place and introduced to Bernado, our guide, who spoke excellent English and is extremely personable. We were very lucky that our tour comprised us (a party of two) and only one other twosome. Bernado commenced the walking tour at the duomo and what followed was the perfect start to our short stay in Florence. The walk was roughly 2.5 hours long and provided us with excellent orientation, which came in handy for the rest of our stay. Bernado was wonderfully knowledgeable and really brought the various points of interest to life for us. He was also able to answer the many questions we had given his background in art history. It was nice to be introduced to some local artisans as we went from place to place and there was no hard sell. The gelato stop came just at the right time and, as we had not had dinner yet, it was very handy to have such a wide and delicious menu to choose from so as to enjoy the treat, but not spoil our appetites. I recommend the frozen yoghurt with berries for a lighter option. Visitors should be aware that Florence is a very old city and consequently has very well kept and attractive, but somewhat uneven paving. Sensible shoes are a must. We would happily recommend this tour and would go on it again. Bernado is also highly recommended for a private tour, which we advise others to consider booking as it's unlikely that you will be as lucky as we were to have him almost to ourselves. This was excellent value. Thank you so much.
